Underwater City

Part 2 of a 3 part series. Humanity can no longer live on land. In a last ditch effort, mankind used magic to rip the cities from the ground and encase them inside orbs. The bottom of the sea was the solution with one caveat, a steady supply of magic is needed to sustain the people.
